Bon Secours AmbrÃ©e is red amber in colour with light beige mousse. Aroma is malty, liittle spice, yeast, bread and hop. Taste is malty, slight bitter with some sweetness. Elegant, coppery hues to the subtly blended pale and caramel malts. It is topped off by a white and creamy froth. The nose enjoys aromas of freshly baked biscuits. The beer is relatively dry with a delicate, lingering bitterness which makes it extremely refreshing.
